重启进入安全模式，先停掉wmi（Windows Management Instrumentation）服务，打开C:\Windows\System32\wbem文件夹，删除repository文件夹，重启，等一段时间，你可以先上上网，这时候系统正在重建repository，所以事件查看器会出现大量错误，等个10+分钟吧，重启之后就再也没有id10了，原来的错误可以用附件中的cmd管理员运行删除
